I got a $25 box of pennies and 33 rolls had LP3's on both ends. I opened 3 rolls and they were all BU. The rest(17 rolls) are circulated cents. Should I sell the 33 rolls or just return them? I don't want to rip anyone off. How much are the 33 rolls worth? Thanks.

You could adequately describe them and sell them in the auction section. Even dirty rolls have a market. Some of us have machines that can reroll them after seperating them.
Another option would be to just open all the rolls put the new ones in coin tubes.

With the premiums dropping on BU rolls to very low levels, there might be an extremely small premium for loose ones pulled from circulation.. but there is not much room between BU price and face value. If you had to ship them it would be even worse.
