Was wondering...Is there any value in off-center nickels?
Found an '86 tonight I'd call 20%+/- off.

I checked ebay and there were dozens of them for less than 10 bucks- much more off center than mine- like 90% and none of them had any bids. Oh well, I'm new to nickels- another lesson learned. I had dollar signs in my eyes last night!

Did my third nickel sort tonight and got a 70S...doesn't look like a proof though.

Keep them both.
Worst case is you sell them for metal value when it shoots up.

There's profit if you melt things!!
