Talked to one of the head tellers today from a bank I order halves from. She told me I could bring in bags of loose pennies. She told me to pick some bags up next time I am in.

Now I have the option of returning loose in bags or use the lobby machines at the CU's.

SWEET!!!

Welcome to the unofficial loose bag club...Once you are allowed to receive pennies loose and find banks that will take them back loose life is so much easier!

I was in a CU out of town looking for halves. they had a limit of 300.00 MONTH posted on their coin machine.
