| That is a very interesting article; I had no idea that there was a "peak-silver" event looming as soon as 2020. I know most of you buy bars and rounds, but I have never understood that. US silver coins still have the commodity appreciation, but also have the alternate monetary value attribute. And among coins, I think price per ounce of junk silver being the same, the older the better, so that there is a 3rd minor value attribute of numismatic value. I bought some barber halfs at the same 10% premium over spot I would have paid for '64 kennedys. Seemed like it would have more ways to pay off. But that article was very interesting; thank you. |
