The Mint has a good tour too. Your Ni haul is unusually high so you lucked out. |

I did the tour with my daughter last week.
Got a great pic with her holding a 400 oz. gold bar.
Also got the opportunity to meet with a fellow realcent member (thanks again M) |

Ya nice bar, but the guard would not let me cart it home (it would have exceeded my carry on allowance anyway). |

I am sure you would have sprung for the extra $25 bag charge. |

I might have mentioned it, but my boss called about 3 pm on Friday and said that they needed someone to go and I was it. Including the travel I worked 53 hours in 3 days. I didn't have lunch once in the three days.
If I get tapped to go again, I will remember to schedule some time for the mint and some lunch.
I also thought that the nickle % was high, which is why I mentioned it. I wish I had bought more, but didn't want to lug them around to and through the airport. Should I keep the 25% coins? One was a 2006. |

I don't keep the cupronickel variety personally, but hey why not?
~20% .999 Ni in Wpg is what I've been experiencing.

It is consistently down to 10-12% in SW Ontario.
Down from 23-25% 2 years ago. |

The Canadian NiCu coins are exactly the same mix as all the regular US nickels. I've got bins and bins, but am slowly dumping them as I manage to re-roll them. |
