I absolutely agree wit the statement but feel it should be changed dramatically. "he is Your president" All men are created equal. That means me and hims on the same footing. The government derives its powers from the consent of the governed. "he is Your president." You are the possessor. He is your employee. Public servant.

The only oath and job description I know of for the president is to uphold the office of the president and defend the constitution of the United States. If the country faces a national problem, the we need a national solution coming to the government, through the representatives, from the people of the states.

Why is healthcare so expensive? Find out the number of people that work with, for, through, or are affiliated with, or profit from the "medical industry", Then find out the percentage of the people actually involved with practicing medicine and the bean counters/insurance/admin/legal parts. That's why we all need help to see a doctor, financially.
