If this creature were not an "Hispanic Woman", would she get any serious consideration at all? (ask yourself that, seriously. If she were a white male with the same history, would she be sitting before a senate commitee now?)
She has no more valid credentials to be a supreme court justice than the last turd I flushed down the toilet. But because she is "a wise latina woman" she "deserves" to to a SCJ????????
