All of that is way too difficult. The only thing that the US needs to do is to allow citizens to redeem their dollars for gold or gas certificates or what have you, as we could do before Nixon.

It does need to be outlawed though. It debases a currency just like a central bank with fiat currency does, even with a gold standard. Which is why we had booms and busts before we went off the gold standard and created the fed.

I agree. This guy is pretty naive. He assumes that everybody will register their wealth, technology will never let us down and the state will never abuse its power. I was waiting for him to say, "from each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs."
