Bruce Fein is RIGHT. As he says, "President Obama should indite Bush and Cheney for war crimes. A serious felony, torture and illegal wiretaping were authorized. Bush's lawyers should be dis-barred."

We got rid of Nixon; likewise Bush and Cheney should be tried for war crimes. There are no dispensations; there should be equal justice under law. President Obama get some guts and uphold the law !!

I like this Bruce Fein fellow.

I couldn't see the video either. Just click the RealPlayer play button in the left corner to hear the interview.

Oh of course you do... Seeing as how your hero Obama has signed orders to continue and expand most of the same "crimes", do you feel he should also be indicted??? Or is it different when there is a D instead of an R after the name?

What about Clinton and his crimes in the Balkans and Waco and Ruby Ridge???

Folks, Bush and Cheney are never going to be charged with anything. To do so will require an investigation. When they start digging they are going to start exposing things they don't want exposed.

Names of who knew and approved of what will come to light. Remember Pelosi???

If we are going to charge one President we are going to have to charge others. Remember the "Extraordinary Renditions" from the Clinton era??? For those who don’t. That was when we outsourced our torturing off shore instead of doing it domestically. That stuff actually dates back to the Carter era.

Why do think the PTB instructed Obama to not pursue it. Too many people and operations would be exposed. They ain't gonna let that happen. An indictment or investigation is never going to see the light of day. That is a Pandora's box they do not want to open. Not as long as the Republicratic party is in power.

YES, and President Obama is wrong. If crimes are committed because of these signed orders of the Bush administration continuing under the Obama administration, Obama is just as guilty as Bush. Bush, Cheney, and many in his administration used the government for their own ends and have caused thousands of honorable service men of America to die because of their crimes. For that, there should be no safe harbor for Bush administration officials. There are no heros when it comes to orders like these. Many Democrats are disgusted that these orders have not been abrogated. If President Obama or those in his administration commit crimes, they should go to jail.

"Extraordinary Renditions" - If it can be proved that crimes were committed, the criminals should be tried.

Too many people and operations would be exposed. They ain't gonna let that happen. An indictment or investigation is never going to see the light of day. That is a Pandora's box they do not want to open.

I think you are right on the mark here. Too many criminals in our world that "don't want the light of day" to shine on them.

Much of the Bruce Fein interview was about inditing Bush and Cheney. If you listened to the interview, do you Republicans think Fein has made a good case and Obama should indite them?

I fear that if an indictment/investigation ever took place it would be nothing but a dog and pony show for the reason I already stated in my earlier post.

We would never get the real truth. If it did actually get that far, it would just end up resulting in a last minute change of heart like Clinton, or a Presidential pardon like Nixon. In the end, no real justice and a lot of wasted tax dollars.

In the mean time the PTB would just use it as a smoke screen to pass more questionable legislation.

Personally I would love to see that Pandora’s box get opened. It would be the much needed enema for the constipated bureaucratic mess in D.C. I would love to see the crime and fraud perpetrated for the last century come unraveled and exposed.

Not even after they kill the second amendment.
If we started persecuting the criminals in gov't there would be no congress, no senate, and no executive branch left.

If we gave a reading test, we'd lose half the Supreme court too.
