I would have posted this last week but I lost the newspaper this came from...
I know a few forum members will get angry over this news, late or not, but try not to blow your tops and just take it as one more sign of how America has gone in the wrong direction....
In Bethlehem PA, where Bethlehem Steel was located, before they closed for good, Bethlehem Steel was the second largest producer of steel in the US.
The site has been converted into a Sands Casino.
From making and manufacturing to gambling and risk,
a parable concerning the US Economy....

I CAN ONLY BEGIN TO IMAGINE WHAT ARCHAIC PRINCIPLES YOU HOLD ON TO THAT MAKE YOU THINK THAT A PERSON SHOULD HAVE TO ACTUALLY WORK FOR A LIVING!!! MAKING STEEL, WHAT GOOD IS THAT!?! NEXT THING YOU'LL START SAYING THAT PEOPLE SHOULD MAKE THEIR OWN FOOD! GIBBERSISH NONSENSE FROM A TIME GONE BY!!! EVERY AMERICAN IS ENTITLED TO THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY FOR NOTHING, AND IF YOU SAY OTHERWISE, WELL YOU'RE JUST AN OUT OF DATE ODDBALL KOOK!!!

| Keys, have you been to South Side Works in Pittsburgh? They turned the steel mills into shopping, and added more bars! 122 liquor licenses in south side. Sounds like the american way, open air malls and eating. |
