Noticed that on ebay you can get "Proof Replica"
of coins like a few of the high dollar key date
morgans and a few others Trade dollars even the 8 reales
and more the only thing is they say copy on the rev. of the
coins.

OK with that said most of those that are listed
say they are struck in silver....Blah...Blah...Blah
so on and so forth...1oz Blah Blah.

Most are starting bid of 9.99 with little shipping cost.

1oz. silver for 10.00.....What am i missing here ?

Oh....Most shipping costs rhat are listed are 1.50
at least the ones that i seen....

Still 1oz of silver for 11.50 ?

This problem of assay is the reason that people willingly submitted to "legal tender" laws in the first place.
When I first got the "coin bug" or the "metal bug" or the "gold bug" I could not understand why in the world people would have surrendered their freedoms for little pieces of paper, but the answer is that someone has to prevent counterfieting.
That someone demands to be paid for that service.

Bruce roosterburn wrote this in Chiapas Mexico in 1983.

"
Here comes the helicopter -- second time today
Everybody scatters and hopes it goes away
How many kids they've murdered only God can say
If I had a rocket launcher...I'd make somebody pay
I don't believe in guarded borders and I don't believe in hate
I don't believe in generals or their stinking torture states
And when I talk with the survivors of things too sickening to relate
If I had a rocket launcher...I would retaliate
On the Rio Lacantun, one hundred thousand wait
To fall down from starvation -- or some less humane fate
Cry for guatemala, with a corpse in every gate
If I had a rocket launcher...I would not hesitate
I want to raise every voice -- at least I've got to try
Every time I think about it water rises to my eyes.
Situation desperate, echoes of the victims cry
If I had a rocket launcher...Some son of a bitch would die
"

The Second Amendment of the bill of rights of the US Constitution says Nothing about Rocket Launchers.
It says Nothing about Tanks.
It says NOTHING about REAL power.
It says Nothing about anything that could actually be used to defend freedom.
It talks BS about some idealized and Hypothetical, "Well REGULATED Militia", which the framers KNEW could be controlled by the PTB.

Disclaimer:
Rock Launchers are NOT protected by the Second Amendment. Do NOT try this at home.

what you are missing is that the starting bid is $9.99 +1.5 shipping, but that is not the ending bid. No the ending bid is about 13-14 dollars. Once the shipping is added they are always over spot. Most of the time you can't even get it that low.
