| I am with the people saying sell em. Like highroller said there are plenty of low mintages people dont collect. if i were you i would sell 62 rolls keep 10. If there is a ceramony in washington DC i will be there b/c its not to far from my home |

Already seeing premiums drop on the log cabin pennies. Heck I found one in cicrulation tonight! The 2nd penny is brining around $7-10 a roll or more! Once a shipment hits one area of the country the price will drop down to $4-5 and keep dropping as more come out!

Tell me when a brinks truck brings you a roll from the opening day stamped with the lincoln city postmark, may 14th, and I'll change my mind.
Less than 20,000 rolls were stamped and postmarked by the postoffice that day. In "this" instance, I am betting on the postmarked wrapper selling more than the coin it holds. I just sold a roll for $45.00, Do an ebay search on "2009 lincoln formative stamped". The ones that are postmarked command a premium over the "plain" rolls. That is what I was asking on.
If they were just the rolls you could get from the bank They would have went all on a 24 hour auction for more PM's. |

Your getting $45 a roll and your waiting to sell for better prices?? That would be a $2988 profit if you sold all 72 rolls!

400 Brinks boxes total at the event. 20,000 rolls total.
When I got to the post office, I was about #75 in line, and I got there early. When Kurr got there he was probably 100 at most behind me, and he was one of the last. Total 200 people went thru line. If each person had 30 rolls, that's only 6,000 stamped rolls. (me and Phillips24 only had 18 rolls each).
Those Lincoln stamps on those rolls will definitely add a premium to the price. |

Here is the exact same coins except these were released in Washington DC. Only differnce is there dont say lincoln city. So your betting on people paying top dollar for these just because they say lincoln city? |

| I actually ended up with only 12 rolls, and only got 10 of them stamped. I decided not to wait in line the 3rd time because when I got to the back of the line they had just brought the last cart of pennies to the front of the line. The 2 I didn't get stamped were Heads Heads. Mine all have the lincoln railsplitter $0.42 stamp. |

lol at being able to sell for 9000% of what you paid for it, and holding onto it hoping it'll go higher.

Good luck selling these kurr.
I ordered rolls from the mint and they were back-ordered till the end of may. Now they are backordered till the middle of july. |

sold all nine of mine today for 28.95 a set. not LP1 prices but I am happy with it. I went on and sold since they expanded the limit. I hope I am wrong but I had a feeling you might not be able to give LP2 away when its over with. Oh and I kept one for myself It was free

Recieved yesterday, all have been sold and are in the mail. Unfortunately being someone with low feedback, I only averaged $20 per set, just enough to eek a few bucks profit after fees and shipping, profit is profit...
I still have 5 more coming to my mother in law, I will hold these for awhile, maybe chistmas time, see what happens... |

| oober did you set a buy it now? also tell the folks insurance is not included and if they want it they have to pay a certain amount. One guy bought all nine of my rolls and payed me insurance on each roll to where my free shipping was paid for by the insurance. I know i can send 9 rolls shipped and insure for 22.50 |

I tried both ways, BIN wasn't getting any hits, so I ended up shanging them to auction, I do have 5 more still coming, so... We will see what happens, but I think I may hold these till christmas...
