My father-in-law was telling us he came across a couple of jars of pennies he had up in his attic the other day. We told him to hold on to them. He knew about the wheat cents. I have to wonder how many people there are like him out there.

Even if you quoted a per-pound price that was a bit under face (the same way coinstar pays under face) you'd probably still get some takers. I think a lot of people just hate using them and put them away because they can't be bothered to take them somewhere to cash them in.
