I think that they will have a very hard time getting any meaningful criminal charges to stick. Civil suits will stick, but not criminal. He will come of like OJ...seemingly broke and owing lots of money but still living large because of assets that he has well sheltered.
It is very hard to prove fraud versus a poorly run business and this guy will be armed with the best lawyers that money can buy...
Why aren't there SEC agents sent to be his cellmates? They were warned repeatedly, by many parties, as much as 6-8 years ago that he was a swindler. They did nothing!
