I like the last paragraph:

This is what I have been trying to tell people...basically save/prepare for a rainy day and if the rainy day never comes, you can sell your PM's, eat your food preps, etc without much of a loss. If the rainy day comes, you are ready for it moreso than your friends and neighbors.
