excellent article. at the end, i disagree with his optimism. while technology exists to obtain information which did not exist in the 1930's, there also exists better technology to disseminate propoganga (television, corporate-owned MSM, etc.) and better technology regparding propaganda itself.

I take it this guy never heard of MSNBC, CNN, or CBS? Also, half the people in this country think the government is supposed to change their diapers, tell us all what's good to eat and what to do in our free time. Far from distrust, they want to trust the government with the one thing they should protect from the gov-> their minds.
