Awake, O kings of the earth! Come ye, O, come ye, with your gold and your silver, to the help of my people, to the house of the daughters of Zion, to the help of the people of the God of this Land even Jesus Christ. |

| Is there a disclaimer saying gold basis/silver basis spot prices? $80 for the 1/10 oz $5 AGE would be below spot. |

So that makes me an idiot for not buying the AGE instead. |

Ha ha no that's not what I meant. I was just wondering if the price is locked in or if they would move it up if the spot price went up. :) |

Is this the same company as Universal Coin and Bullion? UCB is offering the same deal...I ordered it a couple days ago. I also ordered another deal a couple weeks ago for the same products about $10 more. Got the coins a week ago in NGC slabs...not graded, just slabbed as BU's. Good deal AFAIC. |

Just tried to order with that one, and the lady on the phone said she "just received" information that the US Mint was delaying production of the 2009 $5 GAE and all they could do was take a reservation for delivery at a time of their choosing at the advertised price. I said no thanks. Still got the SAE and loupe for $12.50 though.
By the way, calling from Skype and using a one-time PayPal virtual credit card is a good way to order if you're worried about getting charged in the future

| I was told that they had 2008 gold coins in stock and would send them instead of the 2009 if you did not want to wait on the 2009 gold coins. I'll see in a couple of weeks what shows up. |

| Got my 2009 SAE and loupe yesterday as well. No complaints here, other than I couldn't get the GAE. |

I priced the same SAE incased in plastic at one of my smaller local coin shops yesterday. They wanted over $20 for it! Granted, it's not one of the shops I do much business with, but still. I bet I know where they got theirs. |

Nate, You could have gotten the GAE in addition to the SAE but it is a 2008 instead of a 2009. That is what I did. Otherwise they did not know when they would get the 2009 gold coins in.
Ardent- Thanks again for the heads up on this offer. |

That's what I've heard from several people now and I would have been glad to get a 2008, but at the time the lady taking my order did not allow that option. Oh well...I can't complain about a $12.50 SAE and a free loupe |

I procrastinated and thought I missed the boat when Ardent posted the new vault code.
I decided to call anyways, they said they would still honor the offer. I just ordered an ASE and loupe for $12.50, and a $5 AGE for $80, no S&H.
The AGE will have to be an '08...

| Is this deal still good? I called to followup on the Kiplingers offer and found out that they lost my info and my order from 1/8. I told them to forget about it but if they still have a new offer that's valid, I just might do it. |

Good to know it's still going although I have my doubts as they dropped the ball on my order placed on 1/8. I might give them another shot. Did you use the same code as it is in the original post? |
