Just went and looked at them. Lots of sheeple hang out at ebay. Some day, when the numismatic value of these prospectors really takes off, they might be worth upwards of $10 (double their bullion value). I think I'll pass.

"Rich," the Old Man said dreamily, "is not baying after what you can't have. Rich is having the time to do what you want to do. Rich is a little whiskey to drink and some food to eat and a roof over your head and a fish pole and a boat and a gun and a dollar for a box of shells. Rich is not owing any money to anybody, and not spending what you haven't got." Robert Ruark

I got some Eagles for $12.65 last week. That might be a better deal.
It all depends on if you think it's worth it, you want to keep it for as long as you live and if you like the design.
If so then buy it, if not pass and look for a better deal.
When it comes to denominations of less than an ounce, I favor "junk" silver coins.

There's profit if you melt things!!

I have a few of those. I paid about the same as that auction, except spot was $20/ozt at the time.

Hi there-

A little before my time, but I think those 1/10 oz rounds were from the late 70's and early 80's when silver was over $35/oz. I know there's a strong numismatic appeal to those.

JMO, but I'd hold off. We might soon be returning to those kind of fractionals!!! : O

Only when they CAN'T have it, ......THEN they'll want it.

I love Cents. If you get an UNC box, you win. If you get a regular circ. box, you win. If you get a zinc box, you don't lose....so you still win.
