I would not bid on that auction.. Even if I was after proofs. To many errors in the listing. You listed them as minted in Philadelphia, and not SF.
When listing them 1 - 1990 1 - 1972 1 - 1976 bicentennial ...... ect should have been 1 - 1990 S 1 - 1972 S 1 - 1976 S bicentennial.... ect
hard to believe you would have gotten 13 2005 S
good luck selling them.

Might be but i know people who have found close to 400 dollars in 90% halves in a bank box soo i believe anything can be found.. you must remember not a lot of people have money to search halves.. then some dont even know they still exist or even what they are... The you have people who steal peoples collection...and kids who get them as gifts and spend them soo it could easily happen
They are. I've tried listing them before as cheap singles and had no luck. I didn't expect much more now, even as a roll. Like the description says, many have scratches and a couple are bad, but they're taking up much needed space. I was either going to sell them or put them back into circulation. I should have put the -S on as suggested, but can't edit that after first bid was made. I was allowed to swap the mint though. I'm rushing my listings too much so I can get to the next box of nickels or pennies. I'm seriously addicted I guess. I have some good errors floating here I haven't even gotten around to getting graded yet. Eleven of the 95s came from one box about 8 months ago.
i will try to keep an eye on this as i might bid If i had known i might have bought them off you from this forum
I apologize. I did not think anyone here would be interested, or I would have offered them here first. I guess I'll post everything here first from now on.
Anyone want to swap Proofs? Anyone want to swap NIFC's? I'm trying to build 2 sets of NIFC's as well as a set of (circulated) Proofs. I'll pay postage back if you don't like what I send you.
On the ROll of Proofs Listing: You may have done better if you sold the REALLY nice ones together as PF 60-65 (you grade it!). ANd the others as AU or so.
And a closer photo may have added a bid or two.
A while ago I sold 5 proofs I collected from sorting and got about $0.75(or more) a piece after fees and shipping. Not great, but not bad either. The buyer was pleased with them. As I'm sure the winner of this listing will be also!
BUT I have some rolls of halves up right now and not much is selling. I think the market is cooled on clad half dollars for the moment.
