With the "Red Back Spider" coin going for so much recently, what are your thoughts on the other coins available? Especially the Blue ringed Octopus.

Looks like a very nice coin. A little premium heavy, but I picked one up. Usually strictly for melt value, but needed to spise it up a little.

I personally have purchased all coins of these series.
I saw a Red Back sell for $800 AUD the other day on ebay.
Lets hope the premiums follow for the Great White Shark and the Blue Ringed Octopus. |

~$60 ea w/shipping. I'm gambling a bit, but we will see. Not too expensive of gamble IMO, even if these coins attain a value of 50% of the original in series.
1 for personal and 1 for selling when the time is right. |

Ordered them last week from Perth Mint, they are out now, but there are places that still have them.
Check out eurocollections. com. I think there are a bit higher in price, but not way out of hand as of yet.

I just bought one on ebay. There was a buy it now for 1 coin in the US. There is a seller with 8 of them for sale buy it now in the netherlands.
Got 10% from ebay and 30% from live cash back. Sweet. |
