SWEET! I found one '43 and was so tickled I did a little dance. Not because they are worth alot, but a steel penny made for 1 year! "Why didn't someone have this in their collection or pocket" I wondered. Then came the day about 4 days ago.
I did 2 different towns on drive by's for a total of $370 to run. In that run I found 4 different year clipped coins, 3 counterstamps (one is the west virg with ramada stamped in the left field, another looks like a "crossbow"), pint of high luster or gems several of those wheats, 1 gold plated, and nine, yes count em n-i-n-e 1943's. |
