Yup, thats what I think I have. What do you think and is it worth anything?
The silver [is] mine, and the gold [is] mine, saith the LORD of hosts. Hag 2:8 [/b] He created it. He controls it. He gave it to us for His use. Why did we turn from sound scriptural currency that PROTECTS us?

Way to common a thing on most coins. Could be from wear or just a weak die but not really a noted, valuable error. That sort of missing part of the L is what is really common and a weak I next to it is nothing special.

I've taken several very similar "errors" to coin shops with thoughts of walking away with an ounce (well really a 1/2 price ounce) of Silver. The most I've been offered is 5 cents. I keep them in a separate container and hope my Grand Kids might get a better offer when I'm worm food.
ha ha. I am thinking the interesting ones like this that aint worth alot, I'll pass off to people to "spark" an interest in collecting.

I think some like this are caused from circulation, but probably more specifically from being spun in a counting or rolling machine. I've seen similar occurance on most every denomination...except dimes....cause I haven't handled/sorted many dimes.
