I was thinking that with the current dollar being less valuable than foreign currency that a greEdBay shopper from england or some other place would be able to scamper off with some silver deals from ebay.
am I some what right about this?

I am not sure since I never tried to buy from europe or the UK before.
There may be a higher price paid with shipping and exchange rates, but on the other hand, you might just be lucky enough to get some undervalued silver from Europe.
Hint: Don't just limit yourself to coins or bullion, keep an eye out for sterling silver dinnerware, scrap silver or jewelry.
