lolol yeah , out of a different box or bank. one joy of being a nomad. get to see lots of tellers. headed to a small town that has two banks , in a few minutes.
story time...... went into a bank that was so small it had room for one teller, 4-5 people max. pulled out 700$ in crw halves. she had been 'saving' them for a long time. guess they did not have a 'vault ' to send them to.
another small town , another state... pennies, oh my , thank you she said, i have had these for years. took out $500 . ah yes. ty very much.

A couple of the banks I go to are really small, one of my dump bank branches is so small (it's in the oldest building in that town which is a stone house that dates to the late 1700s!) it's drive-thru teller (located at the back of the house) does double duty with an inside desk. There are usually 3 other employees on duty (manager, loan officer, second part-time teller) and maybe 6-8 people who work there total ;)
BTW I regularly pull as much copper from plastic wrapped rolls as I do from paper wrapped rolls and for some weird reason the plastic has yielded more wheats but the paper tends to yield slightly more total copper. Go figure... |

Sounds like some great drive buys cwgii. Looking forward to hearing your results on those. I'm gonna have to go nomad and get out to some of those small town banks. I have gotten kind of lazy with all those regular orders at the big banks.
