I just got back from the bank and I bought 27 rolls of halves. 23 came from the vault, 4 were from the counter. I got a 1967 and a 1966 half dollar. Those two coins didn't come from the vault. I didn't get anything from those rolls coming from the vault. They still have 50 more rolls in the vault. I was gonna ask if I should go get those. I ask the teller where they came from and they told me they are all from customers. I'll be up there in the morning. Good luck and happy sorting.

If you don't go back and buy them you will always wonder what was in them. If you buy them and there's nothing at least you know, just dump them and go on. I try to never leave halves at a bank. HH Mark

Thanks folks, I will be back up there in the morning. The 1966 half was in good condition but the 1967 was so bad you can barely make out the 7 in the date. But its still silver so I guess its still worth $2.00 or so? Also, I am on my third or fourth box of nickels without finding any war nickels. Just wanted to gripe about that. Thanks again.
