With the same players - IMF,FED,European central bank and others you can bet it will be for someones benefit,just not yours or mine.

It would seem at first to be a step in the right direction.

But how long would it take before something like this takes effect and not only stops the market freefall and unfreezes credit and consumer confidence, but actually spurs the economy back into action? They've got a plan? GREAT! Show me what's going to happen and how long it will take to kick in.
