that really sucks...I guess you have no choice to ship them. A deal is a deal...
Maybe ask him to pay face for them? If he is uncooperative than you have no choice to give him them for the price they sold for.

Now you do what I do whenever something sells below face.. you congratulate the buyer on getting a good deal and ship right away. Could have sworn I warned you about the current state of copper cent auctions on eBay.. there is a reason I do not have any bags up right now. Just consider it an offset to the time you got way over market for a bag in another auction. Be appreciative of the underbidder.. otherwise you would have lost another $10. At least the ebay and Paypal fees will be low. Do you have these ready to ship or do you want me to dropship a bag for you? Think of it this way.. you now have another Record!
If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.
