Bulk rate retail price is around $5.00 over spot ($16.59 each). Bulk dealer buy price is around $3.50 over spot. So the buy/sell spread is about $1.50.
Small quantity prices are probably all over the map as usual, but you can use the above as a guideline.
BullionDirect.com catalog $15.91 but delayed BullionDirect.com Nucleo Exchange $16.99 in stock, usual deliver is 2-3 weeks Tulving.com no price, no stock APMEX.com $17.18 in stock, $50 minimum order I think coloradogold.com $14.48 but no stock, and 500 oz minimum
My hobby: collecting real money 1 copper cent or nickel at a time.
I just got back from the shop, and the guy there (the owner was out) would only let the spotted/poorly-toned ASEs go at $15 in bulk. I wanted the shiny ones (of course) and ended up paying $20! per 2008 BU+++ ASE. He only had 10!!!
To pennybullion: Absolutely I would do that copper for silver deal
The only place I know of that has ASEs is a small local bank near me that wants $38.68 EACH for its 2007 and 2008 ASEs. I do not know if those are proofs or uncirculated. I will be going by there and picking up pennies next week and can ask but frankly that price is way too high for me
