I was sorting through rolls and found a copper blank ... looks like it was never hit with the die.

Copper blank is worth more than zinc. Less than 50 cents.

I enjoy taking long walks off short piers.

I found a penny recently that had a blank obverse i.e. front and a stamp reverse and very toned, it looks real to me! Not sure what it is worth? I also have lots of other errors I need to take pictures of and let everyone look and tell me if you think it is worth me sending them off to get slabbed! Also, is it just me, or does it also seems like you see tons of slightly off center stamped coins?

I'm with you CC on the slightly off center strikes.
If there was a premium on pennies that had one side of the rim 1.5 times the other side, I'd have a lot more $'s to work with from all the slightly off center strikes I dump back into the zinc pile.
Seems like there are whole lot more light strikes on the newer coins too.
Maybe it's some sort of bizarre plan to lower the cost of making a coin? Loosen the tolerance of the die diameter and reduce the amount of energy used to produce a picture.

There's profit if you melt things!!
