Two wild ones from different tribes revealed themselves today from boxes.
The first was a 1913-D nickel and a little later a very fine 05 IH tried to attack me. He literally jumped out of his plastic wrapper and landed in my lap.
Yes, I survived and detained both perps.

Dry spell for me. I don't believe in wild Feathered Libertys as you know. However, I know wild Buffalo (Buff nickel) still roam the plains. I haven't bagged a Buffalo in a couple of months though. Good finds those. What shape was the nickel in? I'm not going to ask about the IH because, well, just because. |
