We had a guy get caught stealing $15,000 worth of copper. He was stealing them from an electrical company warehouse in the rural area. He couldnt lift the 500 pound reels so he decided to hook a chain and drag them 12 miles to his house. An alert sheriff deputy happen to see this dragging behind his vehicle as he was almost home.

Thats great! I love hearing metal thieves getting caught. I too laughed when I read "an alert officer".
