I found a 1901 IH last week in my zinc dump! The IH was bent and the bank's counting machine kicked it out. The teller gave it back to me because she thought it wasn't a penny. I've only sorted about 100,000 total.

Now I'm off to find a couple small lead ingots and a sledge hammer. A bent coin can be flattened without damage by hammering it between two lead bars.

I have dug up the old Rational Thinkers club post in the general discussion board for all to read, and proud to say that I have pledged my allegiance to TenBears and the rational thinkers of this forum.

If you have not read the history behind this poll I encourage all to read the Rational Thinkers post, it will truly make you laugh and help understand some of this boards past.
