US Treasury gold holdings

This site shows a breakdown of how much gold the U S Treasury has.
Footnotes
1) The price of gold is calculated at the “official” price of gold, at $42.2222 per troy ounce.
You will have to do the math to add up the real price of gold (unless you want to be lazy and just move the decimal point over to the right and figure gold is $422.22)
2) It makes sense that gold would be kept in Colorado and West Point, since the US Mint has minting facilities in both of these locations- West Point produces some commemorative gold.
West point is known as the Fort Knox for silver so minting silver in west point actually made sense, (Imagine that, the gub’ment did something half way intelligent, will miracles never cease?)
