Wondering if your bank or credit union is on solid ground or in trouble?

Just a reminder, the credit ratings listed may not take into account the sub prime, Alt-A and CDOs that different banks bought and sold to each other or are currently holding. Still, any information on the health of banks and credit unions is better than nothing.

| That's a great link and very useful although I couldnt find my credit union on there for some reason. I found my regular bank though and luckily they have a 4-star rating right now so that's reassuring. |

If the ratings of banks or credit unions don't tell the whole story, these helpful hints might just save you future worry over your money in the bank....
