Just wondered what kinds of debris everyone finds in their rolls or bags. Rolls usually give me paper, stickers, rubberbands and tape. Bags seem to provide a lot of washers, carpet fibers, hair, paper and safety pins: open and closed.

| I can only access rolled coin - no bags. Other then coins the only thing I've ever found was a metal/copper? famous players token. Canadian coins are pretty clean. |

Paper, paper clips, washers, coins of other denominations, foreign coins, gum, misc. sticky things, and one illegal object that was sticking two pennies together once....

Lately have been doing only bags.
Lots of lint. 2 smashed pennies, 2 straight pins, stickers that were once attached to the cents, black hairs (I hope Judge Clarence Thomas had nothing to do with those)lots of mexican coins. |

Rich is not owing any money to anybody, and not spending what you haven't got." Robert Ruark

Okay....
I was pre-scanning some CWR's for the Ryedale and I noticed two were stuck together. Being very curious I always try and see if I can separate stuck pennies. These came apart very easily. In between these two was, well a roach. Not the scurry-under-the-cabinet type either. The smokeable kind. It was rather small and squished, but you could definitely tell what it was. I even had a witness. A buddy was over. Oddest thing I ever found for sure.

Must have been a really small one. You don't want to know where it had been... |
