WorldScrap- LME base metal recovered from the lowest level yesterday as dollar against Euro was ready to shift from the upward trend. LME copper was closed at 8410USD, down 30USD from earlier day. SHFE copper futures opened lower and later kept declining in fluctuation. Scrap copper price has seen a falling of 28USD today while the trade volume remained in dullness due to lacking buying activities. Most investors have kept on the sideline.
