Perhaps I am old-fashioned, but I expect good and courteous customer service from my bank's personnel.
Are you sure that it's technically your money once you make the deposit? I wouldn't count on it.
As regards service, I must be old-fashioned, too. One may not receive courteous customer service, but I think it's a good idea to expect it. People's behavior is often based on expectations, and I think we should all try to keep the bar raised high. |
