Just depends on how you're dumping. If your using a lobby machine, most don't even care if you have an account. If you are taking them loose coin then they would probably appreciate you at least doing some non-coin related business with them.
The more money you have in your accounts the better the banks like you. Of course when you are spreading it around several banks and wanting to buy lots of pennies and hoard lots of copper, keeping high balances can be a challenge.. LOL.
You should have several of each type of bank. Just make sure they are FREE. That way you don't get slammed if there is a problem at one of your buy banks or dump banks. Also spreading your dumping around a few banks keeps the amounts smaller and they don't get as excited.
Just do more of your primary banking with the banks that treat you right on your pennies.
