Hi everyone,
I'm new to silver and gold buying but really excited about it.
my question is has anyone come across a good silver buying
program? for example I signed up at silversnowball and it seems
really good, but maybe there's a better one...

please let me know what you guys think.

What is Snowballs buy price on a Silver Eagle? If they're selling at or near the competition [currently $20-21 each] then I don't see how they could give one away free for every two they sell because they'd be losing money.

Nevermind, I see it. $36.50 + $6 shipping a month and you get one Silver Eagle. So for $42.50 you get one Silver Eagle. You can go to the local coin store and buy 2 for that price.

This has been posted before by other "first posters"....Just a coincidence? I don't think so....

Deal

Live free or die.
Plain and simple.

"If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your council or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen."

that valleycoin site just seems like your buying silver,
without the chance to earn or get silver for free.
silversnowball gives silver eagles for referring people
to the program. That just seems to be the best way
to get below spot prices...

How many people do you think will be willing to pay twice what the Eagles are selling for in hopes they can recruit more idiots to pay double in hopes of earning "free" Eagles?

Let's see. Pay $42 for one Eagle in hopes of "earning" another free or pay $42 for a guaranteed 2 Eagles. Hmmmmmmm

Snowball sit is a rip! don't do it. and your not earning silver for free you are paying so much over they trick you and give you some stuff more then they say they have to, but you are still losing money it isn't a good deal.

$19.45 Silver Eagles from a reputable source , Why pay $36.50 from a shady pyramid scheme?

well thanks for all the opinions, I realize you have to
refer a few people to make it worth it, and of course
they would have to charge more than they're worth to
make the program work. but anyway, if everyone I talk
to thinks it's a stupid idea and I don't refer anyone I can
always quit, I don't feel like I'm wasting money to try it out.

and yes I still buy most of my silver from my local dealer since
I want more than 1oz a month and obviously it's cheaper there.

Muni, you would be better off spending your time sorting pennies (copper from zincs) than promoting snowball to this group.

But, welcome. I hope you enjoy sorting as much as the rest of us.

Rich is not owing any money to anybody, and not spending what you haven't got." Robert Ruark
