hey i was just wondering where would be a good place to get rid of these at? some have stones in them...and ive got a couple wedding sets.

id rather have coins over rings just not sure where i should sale them.

might post a picture of the couple handfuls of them in alittle bit.

Do you have a local coin/bullion dealer in your area? If so, I would check with them first. They may be willing to take them in on a trade for coins. I have done that in the past myself.

Sell them to your local coin dealer.
Sell them on E-Bay.
Sell them to me, and the other board users in the for sale section. Get photo, weight, description and let's start bidding.

Many places won't give you anything for the stones (unless they are really valuable). For top dollar, you need to sell them to somebody who wants them wear them (not really that easy to do).

Anyhow what I typically do when I am not hoarding them, is pull all the stones and just keep them for myself and then send in the metal to You must be logged in to see this link. who claims to pay 94% of spot for gold (actual maybe 85-90%) and 88% for silver. If somebody has found a better place, I have not seen it yet.

To do better learn to refine your own gold and make your coins and jewelery....

thanks everyone i did find one person who wanted a few things out of it so far. 2 earrings with tiny diamonds and a ring with no stone. sold it for 70together. :)

if i can get my cam working ill take some pictures ill have to see if theres a scale around here that i can weigh some of the stuff on aswell.
