If they don't want you to roll them then that means they either have a counting machine on site or they ship them back to their central vault to be counted. Maybe they will count them for you right there or maybe they will ship them out and then credit your account. If you have a good postal scale you can come extremely close on estimating how many you are turning in by weight since they are all zinc. Ask the bank if they have some bags for you to put your loose pennies in.
There are also those little red plastic counting tubes they sell at the dollar store that will get you pretty close.
If your percentages are low.. just sort more. If your percentages are high.. just sort more.
