On Saturday I picked up $194 in cents, I didn't have anything to do Sunday so I decided to run $150 through my counter and see how accurate the count was. $50 was in two normal brinks type boxes the rest were customer wrapped rolls. I randomly pulled $100 in loose rolls. Here are my results, I did all in $50 batches. The wheats that I found were just the one that I spotted while empting the rolls, I am sure there are more.
$50 fed wrapped boxes: $49.86 + 7 wheats = $49.93
$50 loose rolls: $50.37 + 7 wheats + 6 dimes = $51.04
$50 loose rolls: $50.07 + 10 wheats + 11 dimes = $51.27
I also saw $540 in hand rolled quarters that looked interesting, that was a big skunk. NOTHING. Libby had her name written on every roll. She either has a very sucessful vending machine business or a very good street corner.
Also, forgot to say. I came home with $15 in cents more than I spent. I went to about 10 banks on Saturday morning so I have no idea where the error was made. All the tellers were very helpful, hope that one didn't get into hot water.
