I have a coin I know nothing about.

on the obverse side is a man with a beard that has a name under his neck that is plain but I don`t have my loop with me it is dated 1854.
NAPOLEON III EMPEREUR with a bar and cicle on the outer ring.

on the reverse is an Eagle with a B under the eagle.
EMPIRE then another word I c`ant read except for ANCIS.
then GENO CENTIMES on the outer ring.

I would appreciate any help with this coin.

Thogey... but do you also have a computer at the toilet? Or did you have to go to the toilet to look this up, then come back to your computer?
