I've seen it once, I got several rolls of '62, '63 and '64 pennies all nice and new except for some gunk on all of them.

There is a junk store about 15 miles from me and one part of the store sells wheatie rolls. Every now&then they have rolls of unc mem. cents, but one day I bought 10 rolls of wheaties. When I got home I was surprised to have a roll of steel cents. So far I've got 4 rolls from them that are all steelies, not bad at $2.95 a roll.

I introduced a friend to the concept of pre-82 cents being worth about twice their face value, and the next time we went to see him I gave him a roll of 1975 plains and a roll of 1975 Denvers. That was his birth year, so I thought it would be neat. It's entirely possible that some day he will think that was a pretty stupid thing for me to do, and take them to go buy something. They were marked 1975 in big black numbers on both rolls. I'm probably the only person dorky enough to have done that for someone. Did this roll have anything written on it?
