I realized a couple days ago that I had a year's worth of food but not a heck of a lot in terms of first-aid type items. I'd bought a first aid kit for about $20 from Sam's Club a while back but realize now that I'd better stockpile a lot more than that. What are you guys stocking up on first aid-wise and how much?

so far 2 boxes of Bandaids, 1 bottle of rubbing alcohol, and a bottle of Peroxide.
I guess I need to get started on that too.

hey nick, i went to wally world and bought some supplies. i bought surgipads and blood sponges, tegaderm, and of course bunches of band aids in diff. sizes. gauze rolls and ace bandages. iodine, alcohol, neosporin. my ideas come from nutnfancy on youtube. he has some outstanding vids on first aid. he even has some nasopharengeal(?) tubes. ive also studied how to do some simple stiches and where to get the tools. when it all turns to worms being able to keep small things from getting big will be key. i know there are some links nutnfancy gives for cheap first aid supplies. he is worth watching.

We buy a ton of first aid items whenever on sale. It helps to have a wife that wants back ups of the back ups. We have everything from band aids, cold medicines, tylenol, aspirin, cough drops, quick clot, you name it we most likely have it
