I think your predictions are somewhat optimistic, but generally correct. I think Citicorp is doomed, as are Chrysler, Bear Stearns, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. Bank of America is wobbly, as is Lehman Bros. All bond insurers will tank.
Now that the "F"-word (Fraud) has reared its head with Barclay's going after Morgan Stanley, the "suits" are going to be looking to avoid jail time. |
