Can anyone tell me how to look at a 1965-1967 half dollar and tell that it is from a Special Mint Set? I bought some on FeeBay that were sold as coming from SMS but they don't look as good as some I have found in the wild.
The ones I have are much more proof like than the business strikes. Even the one I got in a lot from ebay that was circulated had the shiny fields like a proof.
