I was sorting pennies today and came across a 1986 D penny

On the top it says "In God We" however the whole word Trust is missing from the top; only part of it Tru is at the top

The "Trust" shows up backwards on the right hand side of the penny. You can also made out part of the WE backwards and only the very bottom of In God bacwards on the right hand side

Im having camera issues right now so can't take a pic.

Is there any value in this type of error?

You can also make out the outline of the upper rim of another penny that starts just above Lincoln's head

I would say yes, but I've no idea how much. There is usually a pretty good market for errors.

Are you throwing that out?

I am no expert but if the words trust are backwards then most likely was transfer from anther cent placed in a vice or hit with a hammer on top of the cent you have.

Selling Ryedale sorted USA cents
1.5 each + shipping over 500fv 1.5 each +1/2 shipping
If you pick up 1.35 each
located MT/ND boarder.
after Ryedale sorting they are hand sorted to remove canadian then rechecked with Ryedale to insure all copper and count out $50 FV then placed in cloth bags and sealed with #1 copper wire.
