COPX - Global X Copper Miners - Expenses 0.65%. Very thinly traded (only 3250 shares traded on Friday). I think this ETF would be hard to trade and would have wide spreads between the Bid and Ask.
SIL - Global X Silver Miners - Expenses 0.65%. Better volume on this ETF - 700,000+ shares traded on Friday. I think you could do OK speculating with this one.
The things that will destroy America are prosperity-at-any-price, peace-at-any-price, safety-first instead of duty-first, the love of soft living, and the get-rich-quick theory of life. – Theodore Roosevelt
I plan on dabbling in the Silver Miners ETF because it will allow me much better representation in a wide array of juniors than if I were to attempt to purchase several of these small companies on my own. I already have a considerable amount of the major gold and silver producers (more silver) in my portfolio... overall about 70% bullion, 30% equities

COPX might be best for those copper traders wishing to buy and hold for the present moment, but the volume is improving. About 10,000 shares traded today Bought some SIL today, of course it went down right afterwards
COPX volume very slowly improving - 15,000 shares traded today. Volume dropped off on SIL to 645,000 COPX sold off pretty hard yesterday, might be a good time to get on board for the ride back up
