Despite the urge to engage in the pi$$ing contest that would result in my responding as I really want to, I’ll just say this.

When TSHTF count on no one, all bets are off, its everyone for themselves.

(Besides, that wonderful taxpayer salary everyone likes bring up only buys so much “protect and serve”. Most would not do the job for the pay we get now, bring on TSHTF and you can keep your taxpayer salary. I am retiring and going rogue… )

I know it's off topic but I was curious about your handle OldPagan. Is it a reference to the religion or the Club or Latin?

Religion really, I have studied all the major and a vast number of the minor religions of the world. I have found many truths in each of them and not any one that could hold water when you begin to study its history. I follow an path that incorporates a number of concepts that are common themes in most religions. The handle “Oldpagan” was given to me by a Christian co-worker that one day said “you’re just an old pagan” (said in good fun and jest). It stuck and I have used it for many years.
